Fresh cherries are also a great source of magnesium and potassium which help support bone mineral density.

String cheese is filled with phosphates and calcium. These minerals help return important minerals to your teeth, keeping your teeth and bones strong.

Yogurt can make a great desert. Try sprinkling with strawberries or blueberries. Just like string cheese it is a great source of calcium.

Blueberries are filled with nutritional benefits including antioxidants and fiber. Foods with fiber help stimulate saliva flow which washes away cavity-causing bacteria and antioxidants help prevent gum disease.
